Beach house has two bedrooms plus private office with built in bookshelves, three bathrooms, spacious living room, private dining area, and a bonus studio downstairs - complete with kitchenette, bathroom, sofa bed, TV and DVD player, sauna and private beach access. The house features a gourmet kitchen with brand new state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout.
